Chemical Dosing and Drying unit
After completion of Washing Tube rack will move towards the Dosing Unit where rack moves below the f spraying into the 10 tubes at time through without pinch valve system. In this unit we will provide 10 nozzle spray machine. After completion of spraying into 100 tubes rack will moves further for Drying System. We will provide dryer for Drying station. Dryer machine speed 300-400 per minitue.
