Cap Adding, Vacuum and Cap Pressing Unit
Description
After completion of Dosing and Drying in test tube. Tube rack will be move for cap additing we will not provide machinery for cap additing but we will tell you a formula by which you can do cap additing without a machine with accuracy and maintain speed so you don’t need a machine.
vacuum Chamber tube will be vacuumed and cap can be pressed in one at a time. Vacuum pressure can be set through HMI. After cap pressing.
When at the loading unit. Tube holding head will pick the 100 tubes at a time and placed it in Thermocole / Plastic tray. From where that tray will be shifted for further packing process.
