Blood Collection Test Tube Labeling Machine

Test Tube Labeling machine Tube were placed on the traditional roller Guide, adopt the unique feed way to avoid tube stuck or breakage from Test Tube Hopper where tubes were placed manually in single direction. Roller Guide moves the tube below the Sticker Pressing assembly. The label applicator releases the label which is mounted on top plate. Label release end is align with the Roller Guide Track where the sensor is sense the Tube and release the label. Once the label is released On the tube, tubes are rotate between the label pressing device and roller Guide Track where Label stick one the tube with rotating motion.

After completion of Labeling application tubes were collected in Collection tube and taking it for the further process.
